We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager for the International market with English native language. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will help recruit and onboard new prominent personalities from many different fields, including actors, athletes, musicians and creatives.
As a Talent Aquisition Manager you will:
- Have a significant impact on our talent acquisition efforts, from approaching and pitching talent to onboarding on the Hype Me platform
- Use your network, contacts and relationships to recommend Hype Me as a problem solver for Celebrity Managers and talent
- Manage the talent acquisition process according to our framework
- Use your creativity and proactivity to test different ways to effectively attract new talent to our platform
We are looking for an individual who brings the following:
- Experience in business development or sales
- A strong understanding of the regional entertainment industry (e.g. actors, TV shows, athletes, or musicians) or relevant connections
- Data-oriented mindset and good organization (Excel skills are a must)
- High level of ambition and interest in working in an international environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- English as a native language. Other European languages are a plus.
